What The Investment Delivers

Clear ownership, agreed openly

Priced at a single blended rate of €900/day across the full delivery team — capture, 3D, AR, game and systems development, content production, specialist contributors and project delivery. The captures, models, voice archive and community-created material are made for the host and remain with the project; the experiences run on 4E Virtual Design's platform, which remains 4E's intellectual property, with usage, hosting and ongoing arrangements agreed openly before commissioning and set out plainly in the contract.

Prices exclude VAT and third-party pass-through costs (professional voice talent, additional languages beyond the two included, AR platform licences, physical merchandise and signage production, and any experience equipment), which are specified and agreed in advance before being incurred. The town 3D model is delivered as a stylised landmark model; the game as one polished experience with the points and reward system. An optional care plan — hosting, monitoring, seasonal content updates and support — runs from launch, with its scope and terms agreed at contract; it is how the experience stays alive in year two and beyond. A reduced-scope pilot (the house plus a three-stop trail) can be priced on request. Intellectual property: content and captures created for the project are for the host's use; the 4E platform, tooling and underlying code remain the property of 4E Virtual Design, with usage, hosting and ongoing arrangements agreed in the project contract, where the shared licensing opportunity described in the revenue model is structured too.
